WET-SPRAYING CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR MONOLITHIC REFRACTORIES
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet-spraying construction method for monolithic refractories, capable of obtaining a uniform construction body having high sticking efficiency.SOLUTION: A castable powder comprises: a refractory material consisting of a refractory aggregate and refractory powder, the grain size of which is adjusted to a coarse grain or superfine; a refractory composition consisting of an alumina cement; and a dispersant. This invention relates to a wet-spraying construction method for monolithic refractories, comprising: transporting by compression a castable kneaded material obtained by kneading a predetermined amount of water in the castable powder and having flowability by using a compression-transporting apparatus to a spraying nozzle; and carrying out spraying construction with the spraying nozzle together with compressed air while adding a coagulant. In the wet-spraying construction method, the dispersant comprises, based on 100 mass% of the refractory composition, 0.01 to 0.5 mass% in outer percentage of one or more selected from a derivative, a condensate, a polymer, and a copolymer of acrylic acid, carboxylic acid, or phenolsulfonic acid; and the coagulant comprises 20-80 mass% of a lithium silicate solution and 20-80 mass% of a sodium silicate solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】付着率が高く、かつ均一な施工体を得ることができる不定形耐火物の湿式吹き付け施工方法の提供。【解決手段】粗粒ないし超微粉に粒度調整された耐火性骨材及び耐火性微粉より構成される耐火性原料およびアルミナセメントからなる耐火組成物並びに分散剤を含有してなるキャスタブル粉末に、所定量の水を混練して得られた流動性を有するキャスタブル混練物を圧送機にて吹付ノズルへ圧送し、吹付ノズルにて圧搾空気と共に凝結剤を添加して吹付け施工することからなる不定形耐火物の湿式吹付施工方法において、前記分散剤として、アクリル酸、カルボン酸またはフェノールスルホン酸の誘導体、縮合体、重合体及び共重合体の1種または2種以上を耐火組成物100質量%に対して外掛で0.01〜0.5質量%含有し、前記凝結剤が、珪酸リチウム溶液20〜80質量%と珪酸ソーダ溶液20〜80質量%からなる混合溶液である。【選択図】なし
