LINE LASER LIGHT IRRADIATION DEVICE AND ANGLE INDEXING JIG FOR LINE LASER LIGHT IRRADIATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line laser light irradiation device that allows a laser module to be positioned within a casing so as to aim a line direction of line laser light in a constant direction.SOLUTION: An arrangement part for arranging a fastener, which holds a laser module, in a positioned state is provided on a base plate within a line laser light irradiation device casing. The fastener comprises a cylindrical clamp part which holds the laser module in an inner diameter part, and a board part formed such that a surface thereof faces a cylinder side wall of the clamp part. The laser module is held by the clamp part in a state that prevents rotation in a circumferential direction so that the line laser light line is vertical or parallel to the width direction of the board part. The arrangement part is set in the fastener such that the laser module stands vertically and such that rotation is prevented in the circumferential direction, and formed in a manner that it receives one end side in the board part height direction so that the width direction of the fastener board part is vertical or parallel to the width direction of one side plate of the casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ラインレーザー光のラインの向きを一定の方向を向くようにレーザーモジュールをケース内に配置可能なラインレーザー光照射装置を提供する。【解決手段】ラインレーザー光照射装置のケース内の底板にはレーザーモジュールを保持する固定具を位置決め状態に配置する配置部が設けられている。固定具は、レーザーモジュールを内径部に保持する円筒状のクランプ部と、クランプ部の円筒側壁に面を向けて形成された基板部とを備え、ラインレーザー光のラインが基板部の幅方向に対して垂直又は平行となるようにレーザーモジュールがクランプ部に周方向への回動を阻止した状態で保持される。配置部は、レーザーモジュールが垂直に立つ状態且つ周方向への回動阻止状態となるように固定具を配設し、固定具の基板部の幅方向がケースの一側板の幅方向と垂直又は平行に配置されるように基板部の高さ方向一端部側を受け入れる構成とする。【選択図】図6
