BRAKING SYSTEM FOR ROTATION OF CRUSHER
PURPOSE: To provide a braking system for rotation of a crusher capable of preventing members for the rotation from being damaged and improving durability in a mechanism which is attached to an arm tip of a hydraulic backhoe or like and allow a crusher main body to rotate with respect to the arm and to stop at an appropriate rotation angle.CONSTITUTION: A braking system comprises a crusher main body 1, a connection section 2 attached to an arm, a rotation section 3 rotatably connecting the connection section 2 to the crusher main body 1, and a stopper A connected to the connection section 2. The rotation section 3 has an outer ring 31 and an inner ring 32. A pair of fitting concavities 32a are arranged on the inner ring 32 along the peripheral direction, being spaced apart with a preset distance from each other, while a housing 4, a ball member 8, a press member 5 comprising a hemispherical concavity 51 capable of receiving an upper radius section of the ball member 8, and a spring 6 to elastically press the pres member 5 are in the stopper A. The press member 5 has a cylindrical guide section 52 which is able to slide on a virtual circumference with the same diameter as that of a virtual inside diameter on which the pair of fitting concavities 32a of the inner ring 32 are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】油圧ショベル等のアーム先端に装着し、アームに対して破砕機本体が旋回すると共に、適正な旋回角度で停止することができる機構において、旋回に関わる部材を損傷等保護し、且つ耐久性能を向上させることができる破砕機の旋回ブレーキ装置を提供すること。【構成】破砕機本体1と、アームに装着される連結部2と、連結部2と破砕機本体1とを旋回自在に接続する旋回部3と、連結部2に装着されるストッパAとを備え、旋回部3は外輪31と内輪32とを有すること。内輪32には、円周方向に沿って所定間隔に複数の嵌合凹部32aが設けられ、ストッパAは、ハウジング部4と球部材8と球部材8の半径以上の部分を収納可能な半球窪み部51を有する押圧部材5と押圧部材5を弾性押圧するバネ6とを備えること。押圧部材5は内輪32の複数の嵌合凹部32aが形成された仮想内径と同径の仮想外周円上で且つ摺動可能とした筒状案内部52を有すること。【選択図】 図1
