NON-INFLAMMABLE SOUND ABSORPTIVE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-inflammable sound absorptive material that makes it possible to create an appearance that is good-looking and causes a high-quality feeling, has excellent sound absorptive performance, is especially suitable to be used for a ceiling or wall surface of a building requiring quietness such as a hall of an office building, concert hall, public facility, school, hospital, and library, and has sufficient non-inflammability/flame resistance.SOLUTION: A non-inflammable sound absorptive material includes: a base plate 1 constituted by a laminated resin decoration film 2 and thin metal plate 3 and pin holes 4, 5 in communication with each other provided on the decoration film 2 and metal plate 3 in a penetrating manner through the entire surface; and glass cloth 6 stretched on the rear surface of the metal plate 3. Bore diameters of the pin holes 4, 5 are 0.5-1 mm; the metal plate 3 is an aluminum alloy plate having thickness of 0.6±0.2 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】見栄の良い、高級感のある外観を創出することができ、しかも、優れた吸音性能を有し、特に、オフィスビルのホール、コンサートホール、公共施設、学校、病院、図書館等の静粛性が要求される建物の天井や壁面に用いるのに好適で、しかも、十分な不燃・難燃性を有する不燃吸音材を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】樹脂製化粧フィルム２と薄手のメタルプレート３とが積層され、化粧フィルム２とメタルプレート３に、互いに連通するピンホール４、５が全面に亘って透設されて成る基板１のメタルプレート３の裏面に、ガラスクロス６が張設されて成る。ピンホール４、５の孔径は、０．５〜１ｍｍであり、メタルプレート３は、０．６±０．２ｍｍの厚さのアルミニウム合金板である。【選択図】図１
