HANGER AND SYSTEM CEILING STRUCTURE USING HANGER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger which can be mounted on a ceiling bar with a single operation without requiring screw fixing work or folding work of sides, and in which earthquake resistance of a constructed system ceiling is high.SOLUTION: In a hanger 1, an upper end part is mounted on a hanging bolt 50 suspended from a ceiling slab, and a lower end part is mounted on a vertical piece 2b of a ceiling bar 2. The hanger 1 is constituted by a hanger body 1a and locking claws 33a, 33b. In the hanger body 1a, a cutout part 3 for striding over the vertical piece 2b of the ceiling bar 2 is formed at the lower end part, and the hanger body has a pair of left and right arm parts 21a, 21b in which, when installed astride on the ceiling bar 2, both sides of the cutout part 3 are along the surface and the rear surface of the vertical piece 2b. The locking claws 33a, 33b have the locking claws 33a, 33b which are inserted in locking holes 2d1, 2d2 of the vertical piece 2b and locked in the locking holes 2d1, 2d2 when the arm parts 21a, 21b are along the surface and the rear surface of the vertical piece 2b respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】天井バーへの装着がねじ固定作業や爪や辺の折り曲げ作業などを要せずにワンタッチで行え、構築されたシステム天井の耐震性も高いハンガーを提供する。【解決手段】ハンガー1は、上端部が天井スラブから垂設された吊りボルト50に取り付けられ、下端部が天井バー2の前記垂直片2bに取り付けられる。ハンガー1は、ハンガー本体1aと係止爪33a・33bとで構成される。ハンガー本体1aは下端部に天井バー2の垂直片2bを跨ぐ切欠部3が形成され、天井バー2への跨設時に該切欠部3の両側が垂直片2bの表裏にそれぞれ沿う左右一対のアーム部21a・21bを有する。係止爪33a・33bは、アーム部21a・21bを垂直片2bの表裏にそれぞれ沿わせた時、垂直片2bの係止孔2d1・2d2に挿入されて係止孔2d1・2d2に係止される係止爪33a・33bを有する。【選択図】 図2
