PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which there is no way to eliminate mud caused by rainwater and groundwater accumulated at the foot of the slope of paddy fields.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: In a container and a building structure utilizing a vertical hole opening, a vertical hole opening is provided on a foot of a slope on a slope side, a multistage ring aggregate is accommodated in the inner space of the vertical hole opening, rod piles are driven around the whole circumference of the multistage ring aggregate, and drainage is collected into the inner space of the multistage ring aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
