GLASS CLOTH COMPOSITE NONCOMBUSTIBLE SHEET MATERIAL AND BUILDING WHICH USES IT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass cloth composite noncombustible sheet material at low price which has superior water absorbability-resistance and the nonflammable performance, by stabilizing the adhesive force between the fabric base of the glass cloth and the resin coating layer.SOLUTION: The heat build-up testing defined in ASTM-E1354 is satisfied by applying a resin coating layer which is one or more kinds chosen from vinyl chloride resin, polyurethane resin, fluororesin, chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, or olefin resin, on both side of the glass cloth (warp or weave of plain weave changeable tissue) which is woven with a glass fiber yarn (starch type siding) with bulky (textured) processing and a glass fiber yarn (plastic type siding) without bulky (textured) processing.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ガラスクロスの基布と樹脂被覆層の接着力を安定させ、耐吸水性かつ不燃性能が優れたガラスクロス複合不燃シート材を安価に提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】バルキー（嵩高）加工されたガラス繊維糸（デンプン系サイジング）と、バルキー（嵩高）加工されていないガラス繊維糸（プラスチック系サイジング）を用いて製織したガラスクロス（平織変化組織の斜子織、または畝織）の両面に、塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリウレタン系樹脂、ふっ素系樹脂、クロロプレンゴム、クロロスルフォン化ポリエチレンゴムまたはオレフィン系樹脂から選ばれた１種以上からなる樹脂被覆層を設けることにより、ＡＳＴＭ−Ｅ１３５４に規定される発熱性試験に適合させる。【選択図】なし
