BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building for the building of the long span column and beam structure like a semi-conductor factory etc. in which vibration sensitive apparatuses are installed, suppressing the vertical vibration of the floor as well as isolating the vibration from outside of the building.SOLUTION: The base-isolated building which comprises base isolation devices between the upper structure 3 and the lower structure 2A, and the base isolation devices are the laminated rubber bearings 6 which are installed under the building outer columns 10 of the upper structure 3, the first elastic slider bearings 7 are installed under the building inner columns 12 of the upper structure 3, and the second elastic slider bearings 8 which have smaller friction coefficient sliding bearings than the first elastic bearings 7 under the surface of the floor 15 which is between the building outer columns 10 and the building inner columns 12, or under the surface of the beams 18. The load of the upper structure 3 is shared to be supported by each of the laminated rubber bearings 6, the first elastic slider bearings 7, and the second elastic slider bearings 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】半導体製造工場等の嫌振機器が配置された長スパン柱梁架構を備える建物を対象に、建物外からの振動を遮断するとともに、床の上下振動を抑制させた免震建物を提供する。【解決手段】上部構造部3と下部構造部2Aの間に免震装置が設置された免震建物であって、前記免震装置は、前記上部構造部3の建物外周柱10の下方に積層ゴム支承体6が設けられ、かつ前記上部構造部3の建物内部柱12の下方に第1の弾性すべり支承体7が設けられているとともに、前記建物外周柱10と前記建物内部柱12との間の床部15、または梁部18の下面に、前記第1の弾性すべり支承体7より摩擦係数が小さなすべり支承を備えた第2の弾性すべり支承体8が配置されており、前記上部構造部3の重量を前記積層ゴム支承体6と、前記第1の弾性すべり支承体7、及び前記第2の弾性すべり支承体8に其々分担させることを特徴とする免震建物を提供する。【選択図】図2
