PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail mechanism capable of alleviating visual discomfort while suppressing a cost increase.SOLUTION: In a guide rail mechanism 10, a guide rail section 12 supports an end in a width direction of a shutter curtain 36. An installation section 22 has a mounting hole 22h to mount the guide rail section 12 on a wall surface 82 of a building 80 with a mounting screw 28. The mounting hole 22h is provided inside an outer end 12b of the guide rail section 12. The installation section 22 is provided outside an outer end 36b of the shutter curtain 36. The installation section 22 includes an inclined section 22e inclined so as to be away from the wall surface 82 toward the outside.
