PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material small in warping and a dimensional change.SOLUTION: A floor material 10 of the present invention is 7.0 mm or less in the total thickness, and comprises a wooden base material layer 2 having a first veneer layer 2a, a second veneer layer 2b, a third veneer layer 2c, a fourth veneer layer 2d and a fifth veneer layer 2e in order and a decorative material layer 1 adhered to a surface of the first veneer layer 2a and being 1.0-2.0 mm in a thickness, and the first veneer layer 2a, the third veneer layer 2c and the fifth veneer layer 2e are a cloth veneer layer orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the floor material in the fiber direction, and the second veneer layer 2b and the fourth veneer layer 2d are a parallel veneer layer being parallel to the longitudinal direction of the floor material in the fiber direction, and a thickness of the first veneer layer 2a is larger than a thickness of the fifth veneer layer 2e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
