PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump system capable of preventing a pit from being contaminated by drainage which may remain in a casing and/or an impeller of a pump.SOLUTION: A pump system 10 includes: a pump 20; and a suction piping 23 which is connected to a suction port 64 of the pump 20. The suction piping 23 is connected to the suction port 64 of the pump 20 at one end, and the other end is branched to a branch piping 72 and a branch piping 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
