REPAIR DEVICE FOR TILE BLISTERING AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING TILE BLISTERING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method to allow an operation for repairing tile blistering to be securely and easily performed with no expert skill.SOLUTION: A cavity section U to be formed by tile blistering is detected through percussion, and an insertion hole 12 with the same length as that of an anchor 2 to be used is drilled at a gap S between tiles T and T near the cavity section U. In order to fix the anchor 2, the anchor 2 provided with a slit 2d at the other end of the anchor is inserted from the other end to the insertion hole 12, and an anchor fixation 3 is inserted and pushed into the anchor 2 to expand the slit 2d. Low viscosity epoxy resin is gradually injected within the anchor 2 by an injection device 14. The low viscosity epoxy resin flows into the cavity section U formed by tile blistering through an opening 2c arranged on a side wall of a cylindrical body 2a, repairing the tile blistering. When the injecting is completed, a pin 4 to prevent liquid leakage is inserted in the anchor 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】タイル浮きを補修する作業を、熟練を要することなく、簡単かつ確実に行える。【解決手段】タイル浮きによる空所部分Uを打診により検出し、その空所部分U付近のタイルT,Tの間の目地Sに、使用するアンカー2の長さと同程度の長さの挿入穴12をあける。挿入穴12に、スリット2dが他端部に設けられたアンカー2を、他端部側から挿入し、アンカー止め3をアンカー2内に差し入れて押し込み、スリット2dを広げ、アンカー2を固定する。注入具14にてアンカー2内に低粘度エポキシ樹脂を徐々に注入する。低粘度エポキシ樹脂が筒状本体2aの側壁に設けた開孔2cからタイル浮きによる空所部分Uに流入し、タイル浮きを補修する。注入完了後に、アンカー2内に液漏れ防止ピン4を挿入する。【選択図】図1
