PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof panel and a roof structure making it possible to fix the roof panel from the top of the roof, thereby improving construction efficiency.SOLUTION: A roof panel 1 is provided with an upper sheathing roof board 11 on which a roof material 22 rests and a lower sheathing roof board 12 fixed to the side of a purline 3 displaced from each other, the lower sheathing roof board 12 having an overhang part 12A formed to extend off the upper sheathing roof board 11. The upper sheathing roof board 11 and the lower sheathing roof board 12 are provided apart from each other. A vent layer 101 leading from the eaves edge side to the ridge side is formed below the upper sheathing roof board 11, and a heat insulation layer 102 for suppressing heat transfer is formed below the vent layer 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根上から屋根パネルの固定が行えるようにして施工効率を向上できる屋根パネルおよび屋根構造を提供する。【解決手段】この屋根パネル１においては、屋根材２２が載せられる上野地板１１と、母屋３側に固定される下野地板１２とが互いにずれて設けられており、上記下野地板１２には上記上野地板１１からはみ出た張出部１２Ａが形成されている。上記上野地板１１と上記下野地板１２は互いに離間して設けられており、上記上野地板１１の下側には、軒先側から棟側に通じる通気層１０１が形成され、上記通気層１０１の下側には、熱の移動を抑制する断熱層１０２が形成されている。【選択図】図１
