PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely carry luggage into a building even when a consignee is absent.SOLUTION: The system comprises a key part 101 capable of unlocking and locking by remote control a door that divides the inside and outside of a building, a sensor 103 which detects entry into the building and exit from the building, and a camera 105 that monitors the inside and outside of the building. The system performs control; so as to operate the key part 101 in a locking manner when the sensor 103 detects that a visitor who has been allowed to enter the building enters the building; so as to operate the key part 101 in an unlocking manner when determining using the camera 105 that the visitor completes execution of a predetermined requirement; and so as to operate the key part 101 in a locking manner when the sensor 103 detects that the visitor exits from the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 荷受人が不在でも荷物を建物内に安心して搬入させることを可能にすること。【解決手段】 建物の内外を仕切るドアを遠隔制御により解錠施錠可能な鍵部101と、建物への進入及び建物からの退出を検知するセンサ103と、建物内外を監視するカメラ105と、を備え、建物への進入が許可された来訪者が建物に進入したことをセンサ103で検知したときに鍵部101を施錠操作し、来訪者が所定の要件の実行を完了したことをカメラ105を用いて判断したときに鍵部101を解錠操作し、来訪者が建物から退出したことをセンサ103で検知したときに鍵部101を施錠操作するように制御する。【選択図】図1
