ANTI-COLLAPSE SOUND BARRIER OF ROAD AND ANTI-COLLAPSE INSTALLATION METHOD OF SOUND-ABSORBING PLATE OF SOUND BARRIER THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fall prevention of a sound-absorbing plate of a sound barrier provided in an expressway and the like.SOLUTION: A sound barrier composed of a sound-absorbing plate 10 supported by an adjacent support column 2. A wire fastener 20, a wire holder 30, and a wire connecting member 40 are fixed to the support column 2 on both the ends of a fall prevention installation section A, the support column 2 of an excess length storage section B, and each sound-absorbing plate 10 of the fall prevention installation section A, respectively. A wire 50 supported by the wire fastener 20 is stretched tightly in the longitudinal direction of the sound barrier passing in front of each sound-absorbing plate 10 provided within the fall prevention installation section A. The wire 50 passing in front of each sound-absorbing plate 10 passes through a hole of the connecting member 40 secured to each sound-absorbing plate 10 to be supported by each of the connecting member 40. The wire 50 is held at both the ends thereof by the wire holder 30, the wire holder 30 is released from holding an end metal fitting upon receiving a tensile force beyond a predetermined value, and end metal fitting abuts on the wire fastener 20 and is clamped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高速道路などに設けられる遮音壁の吸音板の落下防止。【解決手段】隣接する支柱2に支持される吸音板10からなる遮音壁であって、落下防止設置区間Aの両端の支柱2にワイヤ止め金具20が、余長納め区間Bの支柱2にワイヤ保持具30が、落下防止設置区間Aの各吸音板10にワイヤ連結部材40がそれぞれ固定され、ワイヤ止め金具20に支持されるワイヤ50が落下防止設置区間A内にあるそれぞれの吸音板10の前面を通って遮音壁の長手方向に張設され、各吸音板10の前面を通るワイヤ50が、各吸音板10に固着された連結部材40の孔に通されて連結部材40の各々に支持される。このワイヤ50の両端はワイヤ保持具30に保持され、ワイヤ保持具30は、所定値を超える張力が加わったときにエンド金具の保持を解除され、エンド金具はワイヤ止め金具20に突き当たって引き留められる。【選択図】図1
