JOINT METAL AND PANEL JOINING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint metal and a panel joining method capable of blocking a load transmitted from a frame to a panel when a rectangular panel is fitted and joined to a skeleton which is constructed by combining horizontal members and vertical members.SOLUTION: A fourth shear hardware 500 (joint metal) which is joined to a frame being interposed by a panel includes: a base member 510 constituted of a rectangular metal plate; and cylindrical members 520 constituted of metal cylinder, each of which is fixed to both sides of the base member 510. The base member 510 is disposed between the frame and the panel. Each of the cylindrical member 520 can be engaged with a circular hole formed in the frame and the panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】横架材及び垂直材を組み合わせて構築される骨組みに矩形形状のパネルを嵌め込んで接合するとき、骨組みからパネルに伝達される荷重を遮断する。【解決手段】骨組みに対してパネルを嵌め込んで接合する第4のせん断金物500(接合金物)は、矩形形状の金属板からなるベース部材510と、ベース部材510の両面に夫々固定される金属円筒からなる円筒部材520と、を有する。そして、ベース部材510は、骨組みとパネルとの間に配設され、円筒部材520は、骨組み及びパネルに形成された円孔に嵌合可能である。【選択図】図11
