SCAFFOLD CONSTRUCTION BODY AND ADJUSTABLE HORIZONTAL MEMBER FOR SCAFFOLD CONSTRUCTION BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold construction body and an adjustable horizontal member for the scaffold construction body capable of supporting both of standard scaffold boards and shorter scaffold boards loaded in a mixed state.SOLUTION: A scaffold construction body is configured with column units (4) in an array with an interval (L1) equally spaced between them in a Y-direction configured by connecting a pair of columns vertically arranged with a space apart in a X-direction by a standard horizontal member (3) provided with one support beam (2) and with engaging members (6)(6) of a standard scaffold board (5) loaded on the support beam (2) of the standard horizontal members (3)(3) in column units (4)(4) adjacent to each other. An adjustable horizontal member (7) connects a pair of columns (1)(1) to configure an adjustable column unit (8) instead of said column unit (4) at a selected predetermined arrayed position (P). The scaffold construction body is configured to allow two displaced support beams (9)(10) parallelly arranged on the adjustable horizontal member (7) and the support beam (2) of the standard horizontal member (3) in the column unit (4) adjacent to the two displaced support beams (9)(10), to support engaging members (6a)(6a) of a shorter scaffold board (5a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】標準足場板と短尺足場板を混在状態で搭載可能とした足場構築体及び足場構築体におけるアジャスト横架材を提供する。【解決手段】X方向に離間して立設された1対の支柱を1本の支持梁(2)を備えた標準横架材(3)で連結することにより構成した支柱ユニット(4)をY方向に等間隔の間隔(L1)をあけて列設し、隣り合う支柱ユニット(4)(4)の標準横架材(3)(3)の支持梁(2)に標準足場板(5)の係止金具(6)(6)を搭載した足場構築体において、選択された所定の列設位置(P)で、前記支柱ユニット(4)に代えて、1対の支柱(1)(1)をアジャスト横架材(7)で連結したアジャスト支柱ユニット(8)を構成し、該アジャスト横架材(7)に並設された2本の偏位支持梁(9)(10)と、これに隣り合う支柱ユニット(4)における標準横架材(3)の支持梁(2)により、短尺足場板(5a)の係止金具(6a)(6a)を搭載可能とするように構成している。【選択図】図1
