PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resistant structure durable to a large load, and an earthquake reinforcement method.SOLUTION: A first high strength member has a strength higher than those of a first column and a first beam. A second high strength member is arranged between a second connection member and a second column. The second high strength member has a strength higher than those of the second column and the first beam. A third high strength member is arranged between a third connection member and the first column. The third high strength member has a strength higher than those of the first column and the second beam. A fourth high strength member is arranged between a fourth connection member and the second column.
