PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate lifter for a vehicle in which it is possible to omit a spindle and a link member and to open and close a tailgate using a single power source.SOLUTION: The gate lifter for a vehicle includes: a drive motor 20 that provides rotational drive force; a hinge member 60 that forms a hinge shaft for rotating a gate included in the vehicle; and an electronic clutch 40 that can connect or disconnect the hinge member 60 and the drive motor 20 so that rotational drive force of the drive motor 20 is selectively transmitted to the hinge member 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
