PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational support apparatus and the like capable of efficiently operating a water supply network.SOLUTION: An operational support apparatus includes deviation degree evaluating means that evaluates a deviation degree of an assumption value and an actual value regarding each of facilities based on the assumption value and the actual value regarding an operational status of the facilities in a water supply network, and priority determining means that determines a priority regarding a modification of the facility based on information regarding a deviation and a configuration of the water supply network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
