SLIDING DOOR LOCKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door locking device in which upward and downward movements of an interlocking member operated by an operation handle cause a lock pin to engage with and disengage from an engaging piece to thereby lock and unlock a sliding door, respectively, the interlocking member being configured to move correctly in a linear reciprocate manner, to be easy for assembly, and to be hardly deformed.SOLUTION: An interlocking member 2 is made of a metallic material and has a substantially U-shaped cross section provided at its opening portion with engaging edge portions 10, and a handle portion guide 14 and a lock portion guide 15 are formed of a synthetic resin material. The handle portion guide 14 has an annular guide groove 16, and the lock portion guide 15 is provided at its both sides with parallelly extending linear guide grooves 17. The interlocking member 2 is provided to extend between the handle portion guide 14 and the lock portion guide 15 under a condition that the engaging edge portions 10 are in sliding engagement with the respective annular guide grooves 16 and the linear guide grooves 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】操作ハンドルにより連動部材を上下動させてロックピンを係止片に係合、離脱させ障子を施錠、解錠するようにした障子施錠装置において、連動部材が正しく直線往復運動し、組み込みが容易で連動部材が変形しにくい障子施錠装置を提供する。【解決手段】連動部材2は、金属材料で開口部に係止縁10を有する断面略コ字状に形成され、ハンドル部ガイド14とロック部ガイド15は合成樹脂材料で形成されている。ハンドル部ガイド14には環状ガイド溝16があり、ロック部ガイド15には平行して延びる直線状ガイド溝17が両側に設けられている。連動部材2は、係止縁10が環状ガイド溝16と直線状ガイド溝17に摺動自在に嵌合する状態で、ハンドル部ガイド14とロック部ガイド15に渡って設けられる。【選択図】図4
