PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling suspending member with which an operation to fix a ceiling panel on a ceiling beam can be efficiently carried out.SOLUTION: A ceiling suspending member comprises: supporting parts 11, 21 being supported by being hooked at a ceiling beam B; holding parts 12, 22 holding a ceiling panel A by receiving a lower surface of the ceiling panel A arranged at a lower part of the beam B; connection parts 13, 23 connecting the supporting parts 11, 21 with the holding parts 12, 22; and suction parts 14, 24 configured by a magnet and capable of being stuck to the beam B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
