JOINT STRUCTURE OF STEEL FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel frame joint structure capable of suppressing occurrence of various inconveniences caused by a clearance between a bolt and a through hole without using a high strength bolt.SOLUTION: The steel frame joint structure comprises a joining metal fitting 13 and a fastening member 30 for fastening the joining metal fitting 13 and one end portion of a small beam 20 together. The joining metal fitting 13 has a plurality of metal fitting side through holes 15 formed to oppose a plurality of steel frame side through holes 25 formed at one end portion of the small beam 20. The fastening member 30 includes a taper bolt 31. The taper bolt 31 has a tapered portion 35. The tapered portion 35 is brought into contact with an edge portion of each metal fitting side through hole 15. The plurality of metal fitting side through holes 15 each have an elongated hole shape extending in a predetermined direction and have a first metal fitting side through hole 15a formed in a tapered shape whose width decreases toward one side in a predetermined direction, and a second metal fitting side through hole 15b formed in a tapered shape whose width decreases toward the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】高力ボルトを使用することなく、ボルトと貫通孔とのクリアランスに起因する種々の不都合の発生を抑制することができる鉄骨の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】接合用金具13と小梁20の一端部とを共締めする締結部材30と、を具備し、接合用金具13は、小梁20の一端部に形成された複数の鉄骨側貫通孔25と対向して形成される複数の金具側貫通孔15を有し、締結部材30は、テーパボルト31を含み、テーパボルト31は、テーパ部35を有すると共に、テーパ部35が各金具側貫通孔15の縁部に当接され、複数の金具側貫通孔15は、所定方向へ延びた長孔状であって、所定方向一側へ行くに従って幅が小さくなるテーパ状に形成された第一の金具側貫通孔15aと、所定方向他側へ行くに従って幅が小さくなるテーパ状に形成された第二の金具側貫通孔15bと、を含む。【選択図】図11
