CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ASEISMIC BASE ISOLATION REFRIGERATION OR FREEZING WAREHOUSE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a refrigeration/freezing warehouse having an aseismic base isolation structure in which an aseismic base isolation device does not become deformed due to temperature contraction deformation of an upper structure when the inside the warehouse is cooled after constructed.SOLUTION: An aseismic base isolation device 6 is provided between a lower structure body B and an upper structure body C to form an aseismic base isolation layer A; in at least a part of the lower structure body B, a connection steel material is passed through a loose hole of a connection member 18 between the aseismic base isolation device 6 and a lower foundation structure 28 and fastened to couple the connection member 18 to a lower foundation structure 28; a sliding member 17 and a clearance around the connection member 18 are provided between the connection member 18 and the lower foundation structure 28, so that, in the horizontal direction, the connection member is made movable with respect to the lower foundation structure before cooled, and, after cooled, the loose hole and the clearance are filled with a filler 37 to be hardened without removing the sliding member 17 is not removed to make the connection member 18 is put into a rigid connection state with the lower foundation structure 28; and, in the horizontal direction, the connection member 18 is movable with respect to the lower foundation structure 28 even during cooling so as to maintain the state where the temperature contraction deformation of the upper structure body C has no effect on the aseismic base isolation device 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】免震構造の冷蔵・冷凍倉庫で、構築後に倉庫内を冷却した時に、上部構造の温度収縮変形で免震装置が変形しない構築方法の提供。【解決手段】下部構造体Bと上部構造体Cとの間に免震装置6を設け免震層Aを形成し、少なくとも一部の下部構造体Bにおいて、免震装置6と下部基礎構造28との間の連結部材18のルーズ孔に連結鋼材を貫通し締め付けて連結部材18を下部基礎構造28に連結し、連結部材18と下部基礎構造28との間に滑り材17及び連結部材18周りの隙間を設け、水平方向において、冷却前に連結部材が下部基礎構造に対して可動とし、冷却後には、滑り材17を撤去せずに、ルーズ孔と隙間に充填材37を充填し硬化させ連結部材18を下部基礎構造28と剛結合状態とし、水平方向において、冷却中も連結部材18が下部基礎構造28に対して可動とし、冷却による上部構造体Cの温度収縮変形が免震装置6に影響しない状態を保持する。【選択図】図5
