AUTOMATIC STEEL ROOF INSTALLATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic steel roof installation device capable of reliably stopping at the roof end.SOLUTION: An automatic steel roof installation device which has, when regarded the elongated direction of a ridge-like angle portion of a steel roof B as a moving direction, and the horizontal direction which is orthogonal to the moving direction as a width direction, a pair of leg portions 1 straddling a ridge-like angle portion B2 of the steel roof B in the width direction, a base 21 supported by the pair of leg portions 1, a motor 5 mounted on the base 21, a pair of rollers 31, 32 provided on the undersurface of the base 21 to sandwich a side part B1 of the ridge-like angle portion from the width direction and driven by the motor 5, and a first optical sensor 6 which measures the presence of an object or distance to the object by the effect of electromagnetic wave. The first optical sensor 6 is oriented to the direction where there should be the ridge-like angle portion of the steel roof B straddled by the pair of leg portions 1, and is provided at least one of the end parts of both sides in the moving direction of the pair of leg portions 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根端部での停止を確実に行うことができる鋼製屋根自動施工装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】鋼製屋根Bの畝状山形部が長尺に延びる方向を進退方向と称し、水平かつ、進退方向に直交する方向を幅方向と称することとしたときに、鋼製屋根Bの畝状山形部B2を幅方向に跨ぐ一対の脚1と、一対の脚1に支持された台座21と、台座21に据えられたモータ5と、台座21下面に設けられ、畝状山形部の側部B1を幅方向から挟持し、モータ5で駆動される一対のローラ31・32と、電磁波の作用で物体の有無若しくは物体までの距離を計測する第1光学式センサ6と、を有し、第1光学式センサ6は、一対の脚1に跨られる鋼製屋根Bの畝状山形部が存すべき向きに向けられ、前記一対の脚1の進退方向両側の少なくとも一方の端部に設けられている鋼製屋根自動施工装置。【選択図】図1
