PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh water producing apparatus capable of maximizing a moisture absorption capability of a water condensing body as much as possible and efficiently recovering fresh water from air.SOLUTION: A fresh water producing apparatus 1 according to a present invention comprises: a water condensing body 20 such as silica gel that adsorbs and desorbs water; a casing 10 capable of forming a substantially airtight internal space 11; a water recovering mechanism 50 that recovers water as fresh water by cooling air containing moisture discharged in the internal space 11; and a conveyor 30 that is an endless track-type conveying apparatus. The casing 10 includes two openings 12 and 13 through which the water condensing body 20 enters and exits and a part of an endless track 31 of the conveyor 30 is disposed inside the casing 10 through the openings 12 and 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
