READY-MIXED CONCRETE FORCE-FEED PUMP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready-mixed concrete force-feed pump in which a cooling efficiency of hydraulic fluid is improved.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a pair of driving cylinders 2, 2 connected to a pair of concrete cylinders capable of force-feeding ready-mixed concrete and alternatively extended or retracted; a reversible hydraulic pump 3 capable of changing-over an oil feeding direction and supplying hydraulic fluid to said pair of driving cylinders 2, 2; a main oil passage 4 constituting a closed circuit; an oil tank 5 placed outside said main oil passage 4 to store hydraulic fluid; a charge pump 6 for supplying hydraulic fluid within said oil tank 5 to said main oil passage 4; a flashing valve 7 for feeding a part of the hydraulic fluid kept said main oil passage 4 to the oil tank 5; a returning oil passage 8 for returning hydraulic fluid fed from said charge pump 6 that has not been flowed into said main oil passage 4 to said oil tank 5; and a cooling device 9 installed at said returning oil passage 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作動油の冷却効率を向上した生コンクリート圧送ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】生コンクリートを圧送できる一対のコンクリートシリンダに接続され、交互に伸縮する一対の駆動シリンダ2,2と、前記一対の駆動シリンダ2,2に送油方向を切り換えて作動油を供給できる可逆式油圧ポンプ3と、閉回路を構成するメイン油路4と、前記メイン油路4の外部にて作動油を貯留するオイルタンク5と、前記オイルタンク5の作動油を前記メイン油路4に対して供給するチャージポンプ6と、前記メイン油路4にある作動油の一部を前記オイルタンク5へと送るフラッシングバルブ7と、前記チャージポンプ6から送られた作動油のうち前記メイン油路4に流入しなかった分を前記オイルタンク5に戻す戻り油路8と、前記戻り油路8に設けられる冷却装置9と、を備える。【選択図】図1
