APPARATUS FOR IDENTIFYING ROAD FOR PEOPLE WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for identifying a road for people with visual impairment, which can achieve safe walking of a person with visual impairment in place of the current blocks for people with visual impairment, which are problematic for walking of also general pedestrians due to projections such as irregularities.SOLUTION: A magnet detection device 8 disposed on a stick 2 detects the presence/absence of magnetism generated by a road by using an asphalt road 7 for road pavement containing a magnetic material, converts the detected signal into a sound or the like for notification to a user. The magnet detection device 8 disposed in a footwear detects magnetism, converts the detected signal into a sound or the like for notification to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】凹凸等の突起物で一般歩行者を含め歩行上不具合がある現用の視覚障害者用ブロックに代え、視覚障害者の安全歩行を可能にする視角障害者用道路の識別装置を提供する。【解決手段】磁性材を含有した道路舗装用アスフアルト道路7を使用し、道路が発する磁気の有無を杖2に設置された磁気検知装置8で検出し、その信号を音声等に変え使用者に知らせる。また、磁気を履物に設置された磁気検出装置で検出し、その信号を音声等に変え使用者に知らせる。【選択図】図3
