FIRE-RESISTANT MORTAR COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar composition capable of preventing explosive fracture in the fire-resistance test without damaging features that polymer cement mortar has, by eliminating problems of the conventional technology.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant mortar composition is characterized by containing 0.5 parts by mass or larger and 5 parts by mass or smaller of limestone fine powder, 1 part by mass or larger and 4 parts by mass or smaller of a polymer for cement admixture defined by JIS A6203, and 0.3 part by mass or larger and 1.5 parts by mass or smaller of organic short fibers having the melting point of 300°C or lower relative 100 parts by mass of cement, further a fire-resistant mortar composition characterized by containing 100 parts by mass or larger and 250 parts by mass or smaller of aggregate to 100 parts by mass of cement, and a fire-resistant mortar composition characterized in that a fiber length of the organic short fiber is 2 mm or longer and 15 mm or shorter.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来技術の持つ課題を解消し、ポリマーセメントモルタルの持つ特長を損なうことなく、耐火試験における爆裂を防止可能なモルタル組成物を提供する。【解決手段】セメント100質量部に対して、石灰石微粉末を0.5質量部以上5質量部以下、JISA6203で規定されるセメント混和用ポリマーを1質量部以上4質量部以下、融点が300℃以下の有機短繊維を0.3質量部以上1.5質量部以下含有することを特徴とする耐火性モルタル組成物であり、さらに、セメント100質量部に対して、骨材を100質量部以上250質量部以下含有することを特徴とする耐火性モルタル組成物であり、有機短繊維の繊維長が2mm以上15mm以下であることを特徴とする耐火性モルタル組成物、である。【選択図】なし
