ELUTION REDUCING AGENT OF HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM AND ELUTION REDUCING METHOD OF HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elution reducing agent of hexavalent chromium which can impart sufficient workability, suppress elution of hexavalent chromium contained in cement, in particular, can suppress elution of hexavalent chromium to bleeding water separated from the cement slurry, in a ground improvement material using cement slurry, and to provide an elution reducing method of hexavalent chromium using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an elution reducing agent of hexavalent chromium, comprising: (1) the elution reducing agent of hexavalent chromium that is made from a calcium aluminate-based substance having a molar ratio of CaO/AlOof 1 to 4 and containing 3 to 10 mass% of magnesium in terms of MgO; and (2) the elution reducing agent (1) of hexavalent chromium that is powder having a Blaine specific surface area of 3,000 to 7,000 cm/g. There is also provided an elution reducing method of hexavalent chromium, comprising (3) the elution reducing method of hexavalent chromium that includes adding and mixing the elution reducing agent (1) or (2) of hexavalent chromium to cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメントスラリーを用いた地盤改良材料において、十分な作業性の付与と、セメントに含まれる六価クロムの溶出の抑制、特に、セメントスラリーから分離したブリーディング水への六価クロムの溶出を抑えることが可能な、六価クロムの溶出低減剤及びそれを用いた六価クロムの溶出低減方法を提供する。【解決手段】(1)CaO/Al2O3のモル比が1〜4であって、マグネシウムをMgO換算で3〜10質量%含むカルシウムアルミネート系物質からなることを特徴とする、六価クロムの溶出低減剤。(2)ブレーン比表面積3000〜7000cm2/gの粉末である(1)の六価クロムの溶出低減剤、(3)セメントに(1)又は(2)の六価クロムの溶出低減剤を添加、混合することを特徴とする六価クロムの溶出低減方法、である。【選択図】なし
