PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of facility equipment including a facility member disposed at the outside wall side, which is driven with the electric power from the inner wall side, and which is easily installable on to a building, and a piece of facility equipment.SOLUTION: An installation method of a piece of facility equipment installed to an outside wall side of a building, which receives the electric power via a receiving coil from a supply coil by means of magnetic field resonance and is driven depending on the received electric power via the receiving coil. The installation method of the piece of facility equipment includes: a supply coil disposition step to dispose the supply coil to the inner wall side of the building; and a receiving coil disposition step to dispose the receiving coil onto the outside wall side of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
