ASBESTOS DUST REDUCTION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asbestos dust reduction system capable of reducing exhaust containing an asbestos dust in a short period of time in a work area for removal and processing of a building material containing asbestos, at the same time reducing exposure of a worker in the work area to the dust and curtail exposure time.SOLUTION: With an asbestos dust reduction system 10, an air guide part 18 for supplying air to a work area 12 is provided on a ceiling surface 14 or side surfaces 16b, 17b constituting the work area 12, for removing and processing a building material containing asbestos. The air guide part 18 is for supplying outside air to the work area 12. A negative-pressure dust collector 20 is installed in the work area 12 in addition to the air guide part 18, with a setting to maintain a negative-pressure state in the work area 12 so that air 24 in the work area 12 may be exhausted. The removal work is performed while closing an entrance/exit to a security zone 22. The configuration reduces exhaust containing an asbestos dust in a short period of time in the work area, at the same time reducing an exposure amount of a worker in the work area to the dust and curtailing exposure time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アスベスト含有建材除去処理の作業区域のアスベスト粉じんの排気を短時間で低減でき、かつ、作業区域の作業員の粉じんばく露量を少なくしばく露時間を短縮できるアスベスト粉じん低減システムを提供する。【解決手段】アスベスト粉じん低減システム10は、アスベスト含有建材除去処理の作業区域12を形成する天井面14又は側面16b、17bに、作業区域12に給気する風導部18を設ける。風導部18は、作業区域12に外気を給気するものである。作業区域12には、風導部18のほか、負圧除塵装置20が設置され、作業区域12の空気24が排気され、作業区域12が負圧状態にあるように設定されている。除去作業では、セキュリティーゾーン22の出入口を閉じた状態で作業を行う。これにより、作業区域のアスベスト粉じんの排気を短時間で低減でき、かつ、作業区域の作業員の粉じんばく露量を少なくしばく露時間を短縮できる。【選択図】図1
