REACTION FORCE FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction force frame that makes it possible to perform pile driving work in the vicinity of the rail.SOLUTION: A pile driving device 50 can be installed on a frame main body 10 if the frame main body 10 is fixed to a rail R by a fixing mechanism portion 20 and a reaction force frame 100 is mounted on the rail R. Therefore, it is unnecessary to install the pile driving device 50 at unevenness such as a ballast track bed or undulations, and it is possible to perform a pile driving operation in the vicinity of the rail R. In particular, if a reaction force receiver 51 of the pile driving device 50 is engaged with an engaging portion 11 of the frame main body 10, a reaction force generated when the pile driving device 50 installed on the frame main body 10 rotatively press-fit a pile P into the track bed near the rail R can be obtained from the rail R via the reaction force frame 100 and the pile driving device 50 itself will not rotate by reaction force, so it is possible to suitably perform the construction in which the pile P is rotatively press-fitted into the ballast track bed or the like by the pile driving device 50 installed on the frame main body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レールの近傍にて杭打ち作業を行うことを可能にする反力架台を実現する。【解決手段】固定機構部20によって架台本体10をレールRに固定して反力架台100をレールR上に据え付ければ、架台本体10上に杭打ち装置50を設置することができるので、バラスト道床のような凹凸や起伏のある箇所に杭打ち装置50を設置しなくてもよくなり、レールRの近傍にて杭打ち作業を行うことが可能になる。特に、杭打ち装置50の反力受具51を架台本体10の係合部11に係合させていれば、架台本体10上に設置された杭打ち装置50が杭PをレールR近傍の道床に回転圧入する際に生じる反力を、反力架台100を介してレールRから得ることができ、杭打ち装置50自体が反力によって回転しないようになるので、架台本体10上に設置された杭打ち装置50によって、杭Pをバラスト道床などに回転圧入する施工を好適に行うことができる。【選択図】図1
