BONDING METHOD OF CARBONACEOUS MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method capable of bonding carbonaceous materials to each other without performing complicated steps.SOLUTION: The bonding method for a first member 1A and a second member 1B, both made of a carbonaceous material, contains steps of: sandwiching a porous structure 5 between a bonding surface of a first member 1A and a bonding surface of a second member 1B; under this condition, dipping the first member 1A and the second member 1B in a process liquid 2 to impregnate the process liquid 2 into the porous structure 5; and heating the process liquid 2 impregnated in the porous structure 5 to a temperature higher than or equal to its thermal decomposition temperature, thereby depositing a pyrolytic carbon on fine voids of the porous structure 5 and bonding the first member 1A and second member 1B with the pyrolytic carbon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】煩雑な工程を経ることなく、炭素材どうしを強固に接合することができる接合方法の提供。【解決手段】炭素材からなる第1部材1Aと第2部材1Bとを接合する方法であって、第1部材1Aの接合面と第2部材1Bの接合面との間に多孔質構造体5を挟み込み、この状態で第1部材1Aおよび第2部材1Bを処理液2中に浸漬して多孔質構造体5に処理液2を含浸させ、多孔質構造体5に含浸させた処理液2を熱分解温度以上に加熱することにより、多孔質構造体5の微細空隙に熱分解炭素を析出させ、この熱分解炭素により第1部材1Aと第2部材1Bとを接合する。【選択図】図1
