SOUND PROOF STAIRS AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the sound proof performance and the construction stability by enhancing the stiffness at the high stair part, as well as making the noise or vibration hardly transmitted to the adjacent dwelling rooms through the boundary wall W around the staircase R when using the stairs S provided in the staircase R in the building, and being capable of obtaining enough sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: The stairs S have left and right base units 1. The base unit 1 has a framework structure in which a plurality of frame bodies 2 are connected, and is fixed on the floor surface F of the staircase R at the lower end part while leaving a gap with the boundary wall W, and is self-standing. In the base unit 1, a tread plate mounting portion 6 and a riser plate mounting portion 7 are formed stepwise. In the base unit 1, a tread plate 21 is bridged between the tread plate mounting portions 6 of the same height, and a riser plate 22 is bridged between the riser plate mounting portions 7 of the same hight respectively. In a spiral stairway part S2 and an upper straight stairway part S3, the left and right base units 1 are connected to each other by reinforcing units 15 to 17, and a structural face member 12 is attached to be fixed to the base unit 1 so as to straddle a plurality of frame bodies 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物内の階段室Rに設けられる階段Sの使用時の騒音や振動が、階段室R周囲の界壁Wを介して隣接する住戸の室に伝わり難くし、十分な防音性能が得られるようにしつつ、その高段部の剛性を高くして防音性能や施工安定性を維持できるようにする。【解決手段】階段Sは左右の下地ユニット1を有する。下地ユニット1は、複数の枠体2が連結された枠組み構造を有し、界壁Wと隙間を空けた状態で下端部で階段室Rの床面Fに固定されて自立している。下地ユニット1に踏板取付部6と蹴込板取付部7が階段状に形成され、下地ユニット1において、同じ高さの踏板取付部6間に踏板21が、また同じ高さの蹴込板取付部7間に蹴込板22がそれぞれ架け渡されている。廻り階段部S2及び上側直階段部S3では、左右の下地ユニット1同士が補強ユニット15〜17で連結され、下地ユニット1に構造用面材12が複数の枠体2に跨がるように取付固定されている。【選択図】図2
