PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated structure capable of improving the workability of a column member while reducing the bending moment which is transmitted from an overhang portion and acts on a column member in the case of earthquake.SOLUTION: The base-isolated structure 10 includes: a foundation 12 formed on a flat ground 60A; a lamination rubber bearing 14 provided to the foundation 12; a structure body 16 supported by the foundation 12 via the lamination rubber bearing 14; an overhang portion 20 protruding over a sloped ground 70A which is positioned higher the flat ground 60A from the structure body 16; a column member 30 provided on the sloped ground 70A; and a plain bearing 40 provided to the column head 30U of the column member 30 for supporting the overhang portion 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、地震時に、張出し部から柱部材に作用する曲げモーメントを低減しつつ、柱部材の施工性を向上することを目的とする。【解決手段】免震構造物10は、平地面60Aに設けられる基礎12と、基礎12に設けられる積層ゴム支承14と、積層ゴム支承14を介して基礎12に支持される構造物本体16と、構造物本体16から、平地面60Aよりも高い位置にある傾斜地面70A上へ張り出す張出し部20と、傾斜地面70A上に設けられる柱部材30と、柱部材30の柱頭部30Uに設けられ、張出し部20を支持する滑り支承40と、を備える。【選択図】図1
