PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user friendly faucet device with good design.SOLUTION: The faucet device (4), which rises from a bowl to be disposed on a wall surface, includes: a shelf unit (12) which is formed protruding forward from the wall surface; a fixed water spouting part (14) formed with a first water discharge port (26), which is fixed to the underside of the shelf unit; a human body detection sensor (16) for detecting presence/absence of an object to be detected; a controller (40) that controls discharge/stop water from the fixed water spouting part based on the presence/absence of detection of object to be detected; a pull-out discharge part (18) formed with a second water discharge port (28) and which is capable of pulled out from the shelf unit; a manual operation device (22) for switching over discharge/stop water from the pull-out discharge part based on the operation made by a user; and a storage part (43) which is disposed on the underside of the shelf unit, and when not in use, for storing articles while covering at least an upper part of the pull-out discharge part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
