MORTAR OUTER WALL JOINING STRUCTURE AND JOINING RETAINING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure watertightness between an existing mortar outer wall and a newly established mortar outer wall irrespective of the state of a foundation board.SOLUTION: A mortar outer wall joining structure comprises a foundation board 11, a sealant 21 provided along an end face 15, a joining retaining material 30 extending along the sealant 21 and laid on the foundation board 11 and retaining the sealant 21 toward the end face 15, a waterproof sheet 22 and a lath mesh 23 which are laid on the foundation board 11, fixing means (a waterproof tape 25) for fixing the waterproof sheet 22 on the joining retaining material 30, and a new mortar layer 24 coated so as to embed the sealant 21, the joining retaining material 30, the waterproof tape 25, the waterproof sheet 22 and the lath mesh 23. The joining retaining material 30 includes a receiving plate portion 31 laid on the foundation plate 11 and a retaining plate portion 32 for retaining the sealant. An edge portion of the waterproof sheet 22 and an edge portion of the lath mesh 23 are stacked so as to overlap the receiving plate portion 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】下地板の状態に関わらず既存モルタル外壁と新設モルタル外壁との止水性を確保する。【解決手段】下地板１１と、端面１５に沿って設けられたシーリング材２１と、シーリング材２１に沿って延在して下地板１１上に敷設されるとともにシーリング材２１を端面１５に向けて押える接合用押え材３０と、下地板１１上に敷設される防水シート２２およびラス網２３と、防水シート２２を接合用押え材３０上に固着させる固着手段（防水テープ２５）と、シーリング材２１、接合用押え材３０、防水テープ２５、防水シート２２およびラス網２３が埋設されるように塗り込まれた新たなモルタル層２４とを備えており、接合用押え材３０は、下地板１１上に敷設される受板部３１とシーリング材を押える押板部３２とを備えており、防水シート２２の縁部およびラス網２３の縁部は、受板部３１上に重なるように積層配置されている。【選択図】図２
