WOODEN EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT SHELTER AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wooden earthquake-resistant shelter easy in construction, which not only reduces human damage caused by wooden house collapsing upon earthquake occurrence but also suppresses the wooden house collapsing and secure life space to reduce the number of evacuees, and provide a construction method therefor.SOLUTION: A wooden earthquake-resistant shelter located within a wooden house comprises: foundation parts 10 arranged in contact with existing foundations 110 of the wooden house and integrated with the existing foundations 110; bases 20 arranged on the foundation parts 10 and bound with the foundation parts 10 by anchor bolts 21 for a base; framework structures assembled on the bases 20 and constituted by columns 30 and beams 40; and bearing wall panels 50 and a rigid ceiling panel 70 attached to the framework structures. The foundation parts 10 comprise: U-grooves 11 arranged along the existing foundations 110; formworks 12 supported by the U-grooves 11; and concrete 13 installed between the formworks 12 and the existing foundations 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震発生時の木造住宅倒壊による人的被害の低減だけでなく、木造住宅の倒壊を抑制して生活空間を確保することにより避難者数の低減をも図ることができる、安価で施工が容易な木造耐震シェルター及びその施工方法の提供。【解決手段】木造住宅内に設置した木造耐震シェルターであって、木造住宅の既設基礎１１０に接して配置され、既設基礎１１０と一体化した基礎部１０と、基礎部１０上に配置され、基礎部１０と土台用アンカーボルト２１で緊結された土台２０と、土台２０上に組み立てられ、柱３０及び梁４０から構成される軸組構造と、軸組構造に取り付けられた耐力壁パネル５０と剛天井パネル７０を備え、基礎部１０は、既設基礎１１０に沿って配置されたＵ字溝１１と、Ｕ字溝１１によって支持された型枠１２と、型枠１２と既設基礎１１０との間に打設されたコンクリート１３とを備える。【選択図】図１
