PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing panel capable of securing integrity of a fiber sheet and a concrete structure and securing continuity between fiber sheets of adjacent reinforcing panels, and to provide a reinforcing method of the concrete structure.SOLUTION: A reinforcing panel 1 in which a first plate material 2, a fiber sheet 3, and a second plate material 4 are laminated in order, wherein an opening 21 is formed in the first plate material 2, and the fiber sheet 3 is exposed on the back surface side in the opening part 21, and the first plate material 2 and the fiber sheet 3 are protruded to a side more than the second plate material 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
