METHOD FOR PROCESSING WOODEN BUILT-UP BEAMS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wooden built-up beams capable of controlling deterioration of strength or a strain quantity of the beams caused by combining a plurality of wooden materials even when the beams are made long by combining the plurality of wooden materials.SOLUTION: There are provided wooden built-up beams in which an upper material beam obtained by coupling a plurality of materials axially and applying first dovetail processing on its lower surface and a lower material beam obtained by coupling a plurality of materials axially and applying second dovetail processing on its upper surface are laminated such that the first dovetail processing and the second dovetail processing are fit. In the wooden built-up beams, a first joint coupling the materials of the upper material beam and a second joint coupling the materials of the lower material beam are arranged in a staggered manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本発明は、複数の木材を組み合わせることで梁を長くしたときであっても、複数の木材を組み合わせたことによる梁の強度または撓み量の劣化を抑制できる木造重ね梁を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 複数の素材を軸方向に接続し、下面に第一の蟻加工を施した上段素材梁と、複数の素材を軸方向に接続し、上面に第二の蟻加工を施した下段素材梁と、を前記第一の蟻加工と第二の蟻加工が嵌合するように積層した木造重ね梁であって、前記上段素材梁の素材同士を接続する第一の継手と、前記下段素材梁の素材同士を接続する第二の継手をずらして配置することを特徴とする木造重ね梁。【選択図】 図１
