FIXING STRUCTURE, FIXTURE, ANCHOR BOLT, PACKING, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIXING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure, fixture, anchor bolt, packing, and construction method of fixing structure, which can effectively suppress the vibration of a building.SOLUTION: A fixing structure 1 comprises: an anchor bolt 10 embedded in a base 2; a string body 20 that is mounted to a base end part of the anchor bolt 10, fixed to a groundsill 3 located on the base 2, and tracts the groundsill 3 toward the base 2; and an open hole 31 that is located between the base 2 and the groundsill 3 and where a part of the anchor bolt 10 is accommodated; and also an elastic deformable packing 30 that suppress the vibration of the groundsill upon vibrating the base. The string body 20 is mounted to the base end part of the anchor bolt 10 and fastened by the groundsill 3 located on the base 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の揺れを効果的に抑制できる固定構造、固定器具、アンカーボルト、パッキン、及び固定構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】固定構造１は、基礎２に埋設されるアンカーボルト１０と、アンカーボルト１０の基端部に取り付けられ、基礎２の上に設置された土台３に固定され、基礎２に向けて土台３を牽引する紐状体２０と、基礎２と土台３の間に設置され、アンカーボルト１０の一部が収容される貫通孔３１を備え、基礎が揺れたとき土台の揺れを抑制する弾性変形可能なパッキン３０と、を備える。紐状体２０は、アンカーボルト１０の基端部に取り付けられ、基礎２の上に設置された土台３に締め付けられる。【選択図】図２
