PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emergency operation valve device which is realized at a low cost by a simple structure and prevents occurrence of malfunctions of a valve body.SOLUTION: An emergency operation valve device 1 is disposed between a water storage tank 9 and a water main pipe 27 and comprises: an operation valve 2; a pilot valve 3; and a connection water pipe group 4 connecting the operation valve 2 with the pilot valve 3. The operation valve 2 comprises a valve box 5, a first valve body 26, a second valve body 25 and a valve driving box 8. The pilot valve 3 comprises a pilot box 70, a pilot valve body 80, a diaphragm 72 and a pilot elastic member 73. A main driving water pipe 49 is connected with a first port 55 of a three-way switching valve 52, a main driving water pipe 59 is connected with a second port 57 of the three-way switching valve 52, and a manual return water pipe 51 is connected with a third port 56 of the three-way switching valve 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
