EVALUATION METHOD OF COARSE AGGREGATE FOR HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method capable of easily evaluating a quality of aggregate for high-strength concrete.SOLUTION: The coarse aggregate evaluation method according to the present invention includes the steps of: measuring compressive strengths Sof a plurality of concrete test pieces each manufactured by including two types or more coarse aggregate, measuring drilling depths Hof the two types or more aggregate respectively, and creating a correlation equation of the plurality of drilling depths Hand the compressive strengths S; and measuring drilling depth Hof evaluation object coarse aggregate to be evaluated whether or not it is suitable as the coarse aggregate for the high-strength concrete, in this order or reverse order thereof. The coarse aggregate evaluation method further includes a step of calculating a predictive compressive strength Sof the concrete including the coarse aggregate from the drilling depth Hof the evaluation object coarse aggregate and the correlation equation. When the predictive compressive strength Sis a prescribed value or more, the evaluation object coarse aggregate is determined to be suitable as the coarse aggregate for the high-strength concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
