PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle unit which is excellent in detection sensitivity of a sensor electrode while suppressing increase in the number of components.SOLUTION: An outside handle unit has: an operation handle 10 which is assembled to a side door of a vehicle and becomes a holding part at the time of opening/closing operation of the side door; and a sensor electrode 41 which is provided inside the operation handle 10 and detects a change of capacitance according to a contact with a human body to a detection region Db which is set on a surface of the operation handle 10. Here, the detection region Db and a decoration region De which is surrounded all of the surroundings of the detection region Db are set to the surface of the operation handle 10. The detection region Db is electrically insulated from the decoration region De, and the sensor electrode 41 is provided on a reverse surface 32a of a base member which forms the surface of the operation handle 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】部品点数の増加を抑えつつ、センサ電極の検出感度に優れるハンドル装置を提供する。【解決手段】アウトサイドハンドル装置は、車両のサイドドアに組み付けられ、サイドドアの開閉操作時に持ち手となる操作ハンドル10と、操作ハンドル10の内部に設けられ、操作ハンドル10の表面に設定された検知領域Dbへの人体の接触に応じた静電容量の変化を検知するセンサ電極41と、を有している。ここで、操作ハンドル10の表面には、検知領域Dbと、検知領域Dbの周囲の全部を囲繞する加飾領域Deとが設定されている。検知領域Dbは、加飾領域Deと電気的に絶縁されるとともに、操作ハンドル10の表面を造形する基材の裏面32aにセンサ電極41を備えている。【選択図】図5
