DEMOLITION METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING CONCRETE CRUSHER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and construction period in the case of demolition of a concrete structure near an existing structure, while preserving the existing structure, many portions of the concrete structure are broken by using a large-sized concrete crusher like a large split machine.SOLUTION: In this concrete structure demolition method, a rigid metallic mesh material such as an expanded metal 1 is attached to a surface C1 which requires scattering prevention treatment of fragments of the concrete structure C, and the concrete structure C is demolished with the metallic mesh material by a large split machine M2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既設の構造物の近傍でコンクリート構造物を解体する場合に、既設の構造物の保護を図りながら、コンクリート構造物の多くの部分を大割機など大型のコンクリート圧砕機で破壊できるようにして、コストの低減及び工期の短縮を図る。【解決手段】このコンクリート構造物解体方法では、コンクリート構造物Ｃの破片の飛散防止養生が必要な面Ｃ１にエキスパンドメタル１など剛性を有する金属製の網材を張り付けて、コンクリート構造物Ｃを金属製の網材と共に大割機Ｍ２で破壊する。【選択図】図２
