IMPROVEMENT DEVICE OF WEAK GROUND AND IMPROVEMENT METHOD OF WEAK GROUND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement device of a weak ground and an improvement method of a weak ground which prevent air in the outside of an airtight sheet from flowing in a drain passage to reduce a differential pressure between a negative pressure in the inside of the airtight sheet and an atmospheric pressure, and thereby improve a water absorption effect from each drain material and can improve an effect of ground improvement.SOLUTION: An improvement device includes: a plurality of members 5 for vertical drainage arranged in a vertical direction inside of a ground 3 as an improvement object; a plurality of members 7 for horizontal drainage which are arranged on a surface 3a of the ground in a horizontal direction and are connected to the members 5 for vertical drainage so as to delivery and receive water; an airtight sheet 11 which is laid so as to cover the surface 3a of the ground together with the members 7 for horizontal drainage and where a peripheral edge portion 11a is embedded along the peripheral edge portion of the ground 3 in the ground 3 to a predetermined depth; a vacuum pump 21 for drain connected to the members 7 for horizontal drainage; a member 17 for air suction arranged along the peripheral edge portion 11a of the airtight sheet 11; and a vacuum pump 25 for air suction connected to the members 17 for air suction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】気密シート外部の空気が排水経路に流れ込んで気密シート内部の負圧と大気圧との間の差圧が小さくなってしまうことを防止することにより、各ドレーン材からの吸水効果を向上させて地盤改良の効果を向上させることができる軟弱地盤の改良装置及び軟弱地盤の改良工法を提供する。【解決手段】改良対象の地盤３の内部に鉛直方向に配置された複数の鉛直排水用部材５と、地盤の表面３ａの上に水平方向に配置し、鉛直排水用部材５と水を受け渡し可能に接続した複数の水平排水用部材７と、水平排水用部材７と地盤の表面３ａを覆うように敷設し、周縁部１１ａを地盤３の周縁部に沿って地盤３の所定の深さに埋設した気密シート１１と、水平排水用部材７に連結されたドレーン用真空ポンプ２１と、気密シート１１の周縁部１１ａに沿って配置された吸気用部材１７と、吸気用部材１７に連結された吸気用真空ポンプ２５を備えた。【選択図】図１
