PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a girder repair device and a girder repair method which are desired for allowing the repair of a girder in a short time.SOLUTION: A girder repair device, comprising a removal device 7 for removing a repair target part Pr from a vertical girder 1, an installation device 8 for installing a new member N instead of the repair target part Pr at the position where the repair target part Pr is removed, and a linkage mechanism 9 for linking the removal device 7 to the installation device 8 so that the installation device 7 performs the installation operation of the new member N in conjunction with the removal operation of the repair target part Pr by the removal device 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
