INSPECTION SYSTEM OF ROAD SURFACE CHARACTERISTIC OF PAVEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit information amount handled in a simple system so as to increase an inspection efficiency of road surface characteristics of the pavement.SOLUTION: An inspection system of road surface characteristics of a pavement includes: road measurement means 11 for measuring a height of road surfaces of an outside point, an inside point, and a center point; calculation means 12 for adding a road surface height of the outside point and the road surface height of the inner side point so as to calculate an average height value by halving the added value; generation means 13 for generating information of a longitudinal shape from the outside point or the inside point; calculation means 14 for removing a waviness component from the information of the longitudinal shape, executing the Fourier Transformation, and calculating the value of MPD by integrating a power spectrum of regions from 425 to 500 Hz of the obtained waveform; and a grade classification means for setting the numerical value of the local concave amount being equal to or less than a safety value as an observation group, setting a predetermined attention value not included in the observation group as an attention group, setting the value of MPD not included in the observation group and the attention group as an alarm group, and the value of MPD not included in the observation group and the attention group equal to or more than the predetermined value as a risk group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡略なシステムで扱う情報量を限定し、舗装の路面性状の調査効率を高める。【解決手段】外側点と内側点と中央点の路面の高さを計測する路計測手段11と、外側点の路面高さと、内側点の路面高さとを加算し、その値を1/2して平均高さ値を算出し、中央点の路面高さから、平均高さ値を減算して局所凸量を算出する算出手段12と、外側点又は内側点から縦断形状の情報を生成する生成手段13と、縦断形状の情報からうねり成分を除去し、フーリエ解析を実行し、得られた波形の425ないし500Hzの領域のパワースペクトルを積分してMPDの値を算出する算出手段14と、局所凸量の数値が、安全値未満を観察群とし、観察群に含まれず所定の注意値未満を注意群とし、観察群および注意群に含まれず、MPDの値が所定未満を警報群とし、観察群および注意群に含まれず、MPDの値が所定以上を危険群とするグレード分類手段と、を備える舗装の路面性状の調査システムを用いる。【選択図】図1
