CEMENT ADDITIVE AND CEMENT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement additive and a cement composition which not only improve workability due to improved flowability retention property but also reduce an elution amount of hexavalent chromium and impart high-early-strength property.SOLUTION: (1) The cement additive comprises a mixed pulverized product of calcium sulfite and silica fume which has 9.0 or more of pH, 50 mv or less of oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), and 0.5% or more of MgO content. (2) The cement additive according to (1), further contains gypsum. (3) The cement additive according to (1) or (2), in which the calcium sulfite is a by-product of lime sulfur production, is provided. (4) The cement composition comprises addition of 1 to 25 pts.mass of the cement additive described in (1) to (3) to 100 pts.mass of cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリートの流動性の保持によって施工性が改善するだけでなく、六価クロム溶出量が低減し、早強性を付与する、セメント添加剤及びセメント組成物。【解決手段】(1)pH9.0以上、酸化還元電位(ORP)50mv以下、MgO含有量が0.5%以上である亜硫酸カルシウムとシリカフュームの混合粉砕物であるセメント添加剤、(2)さらに、石膏を含有してなる(1)のセメント添加剤、(3)亜硫酸カルシウムが石灰硫黄合剤を製造する際の副産物である(1)または(2)のセメント添加剤、(4)セメント100質量部に対し、(1)〜(3)に記載のセメント添加剤を1〜25質量部添加してなるセメント組成物。【選択図】なし
